Cancelled flight

If your flight is cancelled when you are at the airport, or less than 14 days before departure, you are entitled to one of the following:

– Get a refund for the entire ticket.
– Rebooking of your journey to your final destination as soon as possible.
– Rebooking of your journey to a later date of your choice, if seats are available.

You are also entitled to compensation depending on the distance of your journey.

You are not entitled to compensation if you were notified of the cancellation at least 14 days before departure
