If your flight is cancelled, booked through Travellink and you have booked the trip through Travellink or other intermediaries, the airline should only refund the part that is their ticket.

The fee you have paid to the intermediary should be claimed back from Travellink, which then has a claim against the airline.

We recommend that you book your trip DIRECTLY with the airline.

If you have booked via Travellink or similar operators, you must make your claim against the operator. Note that most operators do not have a Danish office, which means you suddenly have a claim against a foreign company. This certainly does not make things less complicated.
