We take legal action against SAS
We are experiencing a sort of major client agreement between the Bailiff’s Court and SAS. The Bailiff’s Court grants payment deadlines that aren’t given to other debtors, and it seems that SAS receives special treatment.
In Denmark, we often protect the vulnerable, whom debtors might consider themselves to be, but we do not see SAS as a vulnerable debtor, and we do not understand why this special treatment occurs.
We will try to address this issue in several ways.
