If your flight is cancelled, as a passenger you are entitled to:
- Refund of the ticket within 7 days, or
- Rebooking to another departure, or
- Onward transport to your destination at a later time.
Right to compensation
You can receive compensation unless:
- The airline has notified you at least 14 days before departure.
- You have been offered an alternative flight with nearly identical travel times.
- The cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe weather).
