When are you entitled to compensation?
According to EU Regulation 261/2004, you’re entitled to compensation if your flight is delayed by:
- More than 2 hours for short distances (up to 1,500 km).
- More than 3 hours for medium distances (1,500-3,500 km).
- More than 4 hours for long distances (over 3,500 km).
How much compensation can you get?
- €250 for short-haul flights.
- €400 for medium-haul flights.
- €600 for long-haul flights.
